I'm Coach D'
I am a Life, Fitness and Health Coach. After having my daughters my goal was to get fit and stay healthy. I have dedicated the past 20 years to living a fit lifestyle.
I offer Lifestyle Transformation programs, Personal Training, Nutrition Education and Group Bootcamps.
I am passionate about the fitness lifestyle and eager to help each client transition from their current lifestyle into a higher quality of life.
My mission is to save lives from the growing rate of obesity, diseases and mental disorders by educating others in physical activity, whole food nutrition and mental wellness.
